Last week Frederik Günther presented the annual figures for NextPharma Logistics at a management meeting of NextPharma. Here are a few insights:
A chaotic and in many ways difficult year lies behind us. From a business perspective, however, 2020 was a very satisfactory year for us.
Despite the corona pandemic, we were able to achieve a sales growth of 15.8% while maintaining our high service level. The margin was also able to be kept stable despite many unplanned expenses, which were primarily aimed at Covid-19 prevention.
Over 99% of our almost 1.5 million Shipments left our logistics centers on time, which meant that seriously ill people could be supplied with sufficient medication to ensure smooth treatment.
Fortunately, thanks to our preventive measures, we were largely spared from corona diseases.
Our greatest thanks go to our employees in all areas!
The stock has increased by more than 35%, compared to 2019 to almost 52 million. Units increased.
For this reason, we are already planning a new logistics center in Germany, which we would like to move into in 2021.
2021 promises to be an exciting year, which we look forward to with great joy!
