We are continuously working on improving our processes and are taking innovative paths in the process. Our main focus is always on topics such as customer focus, sustainability and improving the cost structure.
For years we have been consolidating incoming orders from different customers if required. Veterinarians place their orders for various pharmaceutical companies, for example via online order platforms. From there, the orders are forwarded to our customers' ERP systems and then transferred to us. We combine these orders while maintaining the respective corporate identity of our customers and deliver the orders in as few packages as possible.
The advantages are obvious, as this improves both the cost structure and the ecological balance. We save approx. 40% packaging material per delivery and reduce CO2 emissions by approx. 2 kilograms. Furthermore, we are reducing the number of incoming deliveries that need to be acknowledged and the time required to accept the goods.
