Picking of pharmaceutical products

By integrating two picking systems (pick-by-light and put-to-light) and automating the management of inventory, orders, and warehouse space, we ensure seamless order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.

Careful pharmaceutical packaging of picked products in accordance with pharmaceutical industry requirements, including shipping documentation (bills of lading and invoices, if applicable) as well as special packaging materials, closure systems and labeling. Proper labeling of products with all the relevant information is critical for safety and identification.

Special quality and safety controls during the picking process, such as target/actual comparisons, are used to ensure that the right products have been selected, the batch and expiration dates are correct, and all packaging is intact and undamaged.

Full traceability of picked products through appropriate documentation, including batch numbers, expiration dates, storage locations, and other relevant information. This is important for ensuring regulatory compliance and tracking in the event of a recall or quality issue.

Inventory is monitored and managed on an ongoing basis to avoid stock shortages or discrepancies. We provide our customers with the necessary inventory data every evening.

Specialized picking systems such as pick-by-light and put-to-light are employed to control and assist the picking process. These systems allow for efficient and accurate order picking.
