Dominik is 29 years young and has been with us since the beginning of the year as a project manager for the entire D-A-CH region. Dominik started his career with us in 2012 with his training as an industrial clerk, which he completed within the group at NextPharma Pharbil Waltrop. After completing his training, Dominik was initially certain that he would first like to see something of the world again. So he decided to go to Australia for 1.5 years in order to be able to gain more experience on a different level. After his return, Dominik began his studies as an industrial engineer in 2017 and worked as a student assistant in customer service at the Werne site. At the same time, he began further training with the "Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt" training.

What he likes most about his job is that every day is different and there are always new challenges. Dominik would tell newcomers two things: "keep yourself busy and ask lots of questions”. He would also describe Next Pharma Logistics as sustainable, fast and flexible. His best experience with us was the flexibility during his studies and the opportunity to see other locations in the D-A-CH region. In addition to his career as a project manager, Dominik enjoys playing handball and does athletics in his free time.
